ATTENTION: Not all orders can be tracked.
– New orders (made after 1 DEC 2024) are automatically added to the database.
– Orders made before this date are in the process of synchronization, if you received an automatic email from orders@hyacinth.cc with an order status update and order ID (four digits), then your order has been synchronized with the new database and you can track its status on this page.
– Completed orders (sent earlier) will not be added to this database.

Since the new and old databases have completely different structures, the transfer is done manually for the sake of quality and security of your data.
