F.A.Q

What is Hyacinth? Who are you?
Hyacinth Cycles is a Ukrainian bicycle racks and apparel company founded in 2016 by young entrepreneur Daniel (Danya) Drogin. It all started when he didn't have enough money to buy a travel stand, so he decided to make it himself in his grandpa's old garage. His friends liked his homemade rack so much that they asked him to make them the same ones. Over time, his skill improved, and the team expanded.
Thus began the story of Hyacinth, which continues to this day...
How I can order and what payment options are available?
You can make a purchase through our web-store or by directly emailing us or contacting us via the contact form.

All other payment systems (Discover, American Express, JCB) are not supported.
All prices are indicated in USD. Some banks may charge a fee for the payment. Hyacinth is not responsible for any fees from your bank or intermediary banks and does not refund fees.
What about delivery? How much it cost?
Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out through the Ukrainian national postal operator Ukrposhta.
The cost and speed of delivery depends on your region.

  • Region ІI (Europe and European Union) - 15 USD
  • Region II (Asia and Oceania) - 30 USD
  • Region IV (Africa) - 30 USD

Hyacinth does not perform delivery and shipping functions. Delivery is made only by public or private transport companies or organizations.
Do you make custom orders?
If you want to create something unique and personalised, you're at the right place.
To request a customisation, please contact us via the contact form or email us.
I didn`t get a confirmation email, why?
All orders are processed manually by our managers, so it may take some time to receive a confirmation letter and receipt.
If you have not received a confirmation email 24 hours after placing your order, please contact us.

Sometimes, the shipping cost calculation module fails, so it may calculate shipping in 1-4 USD, instead of the real shipping cost.
In this case, you will also receive a confirmation letter with a payment link to pay the full shipping cost. After payment you will also receive a receipt.

If you notice an inaccuracy or error in the receipt or if you have changed any information (name, phone number, delivery address), please let us know so that we can promptly make changes.

LEAD TIME

Much consideration goes into determining how long each rack takes to go through production.
Factors Hyacinth considers are:
  • Order (Date & Time) Submitted
  • Number of recent orders
  • Number of orders in process
  • Supplier availability
  • Current and upcoming seasons
  • Labor Required
  • Fit/Last Availability
  • Load on wholesale orders and distribution network.
  • Other misc. factors.
These lead times are not determined lightly, while we believe they are accurate they are only an estimate. Actual build and delivery times may vary, and are subject to change.

  • Standard Lead Time - 1-12 Weeks
All non-standard additions to the basic properties of the rack affect the increase in production time (basic properties: color - raw, standard racks of any length)
Additions that potentially increase production time for retail buyers include: oil slick, custom parts, custom finish, polishing, paint works)
For a more accurate lead time see what is entering production below.
